the 4 people I had to share this location were inconsiderate, only one person was kind enough to share household duties, otherwise the garbage would have never been taken care of, the share kitchen was always left dirty with dishes in the sink and the stove top full of grease and pans with cooking grease left in them, if your the kind of person who likes cleaning up after others this is the place for you! If this place had a weekly maintenance person to clean, it, didn't show anything was touched. Ants were crawling over everything inside the coffee maker, toaster, walls, bathroom floors, kitchen floor, I was concerned they crawl into bed with me. At times you couldn't find a parking place if the lot across the street was full. The only positive thing was that the location made it tolerable to reach the University Hospital

The room is comfortable, quiet, clean and very close to the hospitals and restaurants. Communication from Myrna is quick and she is very helpful! Great place to stay!

This is a great place for students on clinicals at the university hospital or Women's hospital. Excellent room and nice neighborhood.
