This was a perfect location for us. Check-in and out instructions were very clear. House was clean and tidy.

If you’re in a pinch and need to find a place to stay last minute, then this place will get the job done! The kitchen was nice & large, you can tell there’s been work done to try & renovate the space. Nothing was excessively “dirty” & in the evening it seemed pretty quiet. Now, if you’re ever easily creeped out .. I would avoid this place like the plague! It’s a basement unit turned Airbnb. There were spiders everywhere..all paintings & mirrors were bolted to the wall so you can’t move them.. there’s a light in the hallway (covered by cardboard & nails) that flickers all night.. there’s a couple doors that are locked/attempted to be bolted shut (but the hinges were coming off as if someone tried to rip the door off)there’s a fire place & a weird open space next to it that seems to lead to the unit above .. I could go on &on but just a lot of questionable things! In addition to this I will say it’s NOT kid friendly. & very loud in the AM, you can everything from those above you.

Do not stay here. Read internet reviews. The host notified me of surveillance footage of unknown individuals entering my unit and wanted to charge additional fees. When I asked to provide the footage to police, I was told they probably went to a different unit and not to worry. My TV was turned on multiple times after a long day not home and an individual walked up to my door on the night. I checked out because I was no longer comfortable staying there. The host will pick and choose calling versus what is put in the chat. If you’re having an issue have a recorder ready because he will call telling you to leave and receive a refund. I contacted Airbnb customer service over the issue for a refund and he told them it’s very safe and I needed to stay. Airbnb resolved the case by moving me out of this Airbnb. The house is in the Huetter not Riverstone as the pictures in the listing depict. The location is across from a construction company so on weekdays except loud trucks at 4:30

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb equipped with what you need. Cyd is a great host. We had a great stay!
