caravan itself was lovely. very clean and tidy. would of been nice to have a welcome book with information. Great that had WiFi and smart TV. caravan site itself is very noisy more geared up for families and military base made for little relaxation with firing range.

Great location and accommodation. hosts were excellent and good communication throughout, the view really makes the place. We will definitely stay again

A lovely caravan situated looking out to see on the Haven Site. Very easy to find, hosts instructions and communications were excellent and the accommodation was exactly as described. Did have a slight issue with the boiler but this was rectified by Site Maintenance within the hour. Tamar sorted out an issue with our Play Passes which allowed us to utilise all of the excellent activities on offer at the site. Check-in was seamless, as was check-out. Thank you

Lovely caravan at Haven Devon Cliffs. Because it is 2 bedrooms the main bedroom is bigger than others we have stayed in which is nice. There is decking with seating to the side of the caravan that is great for the morning sun and was a nice surprise. There is also a great sea view out of the lounge windows, another unexpected bonus. The caravan and furnishings are also more modern than a lot on the park and the living area and kitchen is and open plan. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thanks for another wonderful holiday at Devon Cliffs.

Nice accommodation, just a few little bits of tired fixtures and fittings (bathroom door handle loose, rust on bathroom radiator and because the van isn’t jacked level, the bathroom door sticks.) We had some confusion over bedding. The welcome email before arriving said about bringing sheets and duvets. It was a little confusing, not particularly clear. I don’t recall the requirement to bring bedding in the original listing. We called arranged to hire bedding from the park and then found out that they don’t do King Size. Communication was great apart from when our gas expired and I had to wait all day for confirmation that they could be changed and chased through Owners Club. Tamar messaged later and said there was a delay in the delivery of the enquiry through Air BNB. Nice area with good views over the Sea. Near the RM firing range, but I was expecting that as I lived on park for some time a few years back. Despite the little niggles, we had a great week and the kids loved it.
