We had great time staying at Ayay’s place. The house is spotlessly clean . It has a well equipped kitchen with all the things and tools you need. Comfortable and relaxing bedrooms. They have provided everything that we needed during our stay, extra towels, bed covers and extra mattresses that made us feel at home. Kudos to Kuya Brian!👏🏻 He’s very accommodating to our needs and requests. He also prepared a fruit platter for us when we arrived. Five-stars for the host! Mike gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. The instruction covers every single detail. We will definitely recommend Ayay’s Place ,as we feel so lucky to have found this treasure in the beautiful island of Samal.

Thank you so much for hosting us. Mike was very responsive to my inquiries and made suggestions that would help our stay more enjoyable. Moreover, Brian’s cooking was awesome. We loved all the food he cooked for us. In fact, all our guests loved the dishes he made for my Uncle’s 70th birthday party. Both him and Madie arranged for the cake and the lechon to be delivered as well as the tables and chairs for the party. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

The hosts, property, location, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations, but the stars of the show were the on premise caretakers, chef, tour guide, and now our friends…Brian and Maddie. They truly took our fabulous stay to a next level with their service and customer care. Like the host says, Brian is a fantastic chef. He prepared several meals for six and he even prepared food to take on our day long island hopping tour. The private multi-color lighted large jetted pool with a shallow kid section was a welcome escape from long days of exploring the island. Anyone looking for a memorable Samal Island holiday should make Ayay’s Place their home away from home. Our entire party is sincerely grateful for the genuine care that was given to ensure a trouble-free and relaxing experience. Thank you to everyone!

Exceptional Stay in a Spacious and Spotlessly Clean Airbnb on Samal Island! The place's cleanliness, particularly the bathroom, was excellent, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spaciousness allowed for comfort and relaxation, while the tranquil environment ensured a peaceful stay. The hosts and their caretakers were incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. They even greeted us with fresh fruits, which was a lovely gesture. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the basketball court, and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to various attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. The value for money was remarkable considering the area's top-notch cleanliness, spacious accommodations, attentive hosts, and abundant activities. We left feeling like we had received more than we expected and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for an exceptional and memorable stay!
