A wonderful place and our family has had a lovely week staying here. Easily walkable to St Ives front, even with 3 small children and lots of stuff, great location! Coop 2 minutes away, which was really helpful for bits and bobs. Very helpful and friendly neighbours on the street. Super cottage, spacious bedrooms, plenty of room for a larger family. Enough utensils provided in kitchen area. Fab sea views from third floor balcony. Our only issue was the parking with our 9 seater VW Transporter… a neighbour saw us navigate the right bend and said afterwards she would have advised us not to do it! However, we still got in and out ok if very slowly, just in case. We parked the rest of the week up at the rugby club, only £6 a day. Thanks for a brilliant stay, would definitely recommend.

The cottage was exactly as shown in the photos, perfect location in St Ives with fantastic sea views from the top floor. Very comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen is small but reasonably well-equipped. There is a parking space out the back and you can stop at the front to unload luggage. We had a lovely stay here.

Beautiful home, 5 minuets walk from everywhere!! We would definitely come back. Thank you for the best Christmas in St Ives!
