The front door leads into a small entrance hall. To the right is bedroom one. With a king sized bed, a good sized fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, large chest of drawers and a spacious en-suite shower room. To the left is a double room with twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers and en suite shower room. Further down the corridor is bedroom 3, with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers and en suite bath room. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with crisp and cool linen, each with their own unique touch. Upstairs there is a cosy sitting room with two big squashy leather sofas. There’s plenty of room to relax and take advantage of the smart TV, DVD player and free WiFi. A separate snug has yet another sofa and a selection of books. toys and games, making it a perfect space for children. A large, rustic dining table sits in the centre of the kitchen. A spacious and well equipped room it has an electric stove, microwave,fridge-freezer, dishwasher,washing machine and tumble dryer. Both upstairs rooms have pretty feature windows where you can sit and take in views of the harbour and beach A cloakroom with WC and hand basin completes the upper living space. Outside is a large, decked terrace, enclosed by a glass balustrade with incredible views of both beaches. Relax and watch the world go by.
