This place is amazing! Kristen has thought of everything that anyone would need to have a wonderful experience. Beds were comfortable, house was more than clean, I so appreciated that because I am OCD, and in general it was a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is a beautiful home for a large family stay. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need for family meals. It was nice to find a coffee maker, Instapot, airfryer, and a slowcooker. We were provided with coffee, creamer, a large variety of teas, sodas, and ice which were a nice welcoming touch. The bedrooms and baths are very comfortable, neat, and clean. Kristin was wonderful! She was quick to respond to questions and really had everything set up to make our arrival effortless. Thank you for making our visit to Newport comfortable and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s house. Our group of four adults, four kids, and a toddler fit comfortably Into the four bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms even had a little nook where we could stash the pack and play. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with supplies and gear, and we appreciated all of the extra toiletries in the bathrooms. We would absolutely recommend this house to others.

Our stay at Kristin's house in Middletown could not have been more perfect. We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. Check-in was a breeze. The videos that Kristin provided ahead of time were a great way to demonstrate how to get in, use the air conditioner and use the deck doors. Signs posted throughout the house about where we might find things, and how to clean were very useful and clear. The bedrooms were clean with extra blankets and plenty of pillows. The house we well-stocked with kitchen equipment as well as small things like razors, shampoo and band-aids. When we needed a larger table to accommodate the whole family for our celebration dinner, the property manager provided it right away. It was wonderful to have such a great space, both outdoors and indoors, for our family to all be together. Thank you!

Kristin was an incredible host. She was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. The house itself was very clean and had wonderful amenities - a large open living area, comfortable beds, beach chairs and plenty of towels. The location was also perfect. It sat in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes outside of Newport. Would recommend this listing to anyone!
