Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cabin is located in a secluded area away from any major roads, offering you the peace and quiet you deserve. The vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace in the open living area create a cozy ambiance, perfect for cooler seasons. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, including a kid's bunk room with 6 twin sleeping beds. The rec room features a pool table, wet bar, and smart TV, providing entertainment for everyone. Take advantage of our shady backyard and fire pit to make s'mores or simply enjoy the stars at night. The hot tub patio area and upper deck are great spots to relax and soak in the stunning natural beauty around you. We even have a highchair for our little guests! At "Lakeside Retreat", we believe in providing everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our cabin sleeps up to 14 guests, making it the perfect home away from home for large families and groups of friends. We had a great stay! The house was clean and located in a peaceful area that allowed us to relax and enjoy our getaway.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Cumberland Resort and this cabin. The trip and amenities provided by what the cabin offered was great, along with the ability to go to the resort’s office for food, general supplies, etc. Dianna and her husband Steve went above and beyond with instructions and communication. Would recommend a stay here.

Dianna was an amazing host providing information and details about our stay even before arriving. Steve at the office provided us with details and knowledge that was invaluable to our stay making check in a breeze. The photos do not do justice as it is way bigger than it appears and the layout was amazing for our family. We cooked the entire time we were there due to a huge issue of food allergies in our family. We had plenty of room and equipment in the kitchen. It was great having a table we could all eat at and be together. Our family made use of the fire pit, it was great for us to eat s’mores and burn marshmallows. I highly recommend this place and location. It was quiet and made for a relaxing fun time for my entire family.
