We were a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. Perfect place for a large group, so spacious and EVERYTHING you need for a great weekend. Hot tub and outside area lovely, kitchen and lounge a nice sociable area and all of the bedrooms were spacious. Everything clean and easy check in too. Easy to get a taxi into Newcastle centre for a few pound, a big Morrisons less that 5 mins walk away, the perfect place to stay for a big group wanting a relaxing but fun weekend. Thank you

Thanks to Jacqui and Steve for being great hosts. We loved the house 10 of us stayed and we felt there was plenty of room. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Paid extra for the hot tub and it was worth it and all the guests loved it. Jacqui was responsive and helpful throughout the stay and prior. Loved everything about the stay and hopefully will be back in the future.

Great, comfortable house for a big group, especially because there were multiple en-suite bathrooms, the social areas like the kitchen table were really well set up and there was plenty of fridge and freezer space! Plenty of equipment to be able to use the kitchen. We couldn't take advantage of the outside space as much as we would like due to the weather but they did look lovely. Well located house, easy street parking and Jacqui gave us all the info we needed as well as being very accommodating when we asked if we could get in slightly earlier on the day of our check in.

The house itself was great and was perfect for what we wanted. Unfortunately, there were a few things not quite working as they should. Heavy rain and what we think was an issue with the guttering meant that one member of our party had to leave part way through the week as the noise was too much. We also had to clean the grill pan upon arrival as there was grease stillbleft inside and other pieces from the kitchen were not cleaned properly. Grill didnt turn off correctly so had to turn it off using the main switch and thermostat on one shower was also broken. Host responded quickly and overall, the house was lovely but these issues did make our stay difficult at times.
