I wish I could say my experience was wonderful like everyone else but that was not the case… The only commendable thing was the breakfast (that we paid for) and the pool, everything was subpar. The amenities listed in the app were not even available in the room and the TV only worked for 10mins and it was broken for the rest of the stay. Some (not all) of the people that work there don’t knock to request access to the room they just barge-in. Our room was near the restaurant so there was noise in the morning.

The place was amazing 🤩 ❤️ The staff were very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my birthday at that place it’s so perfect 🙌🏻🫶pictures don’t do justice 🤗✌🏻

We had a beautiful stay, no hustles with both check in and out. Was given a grace to check out late even when we didn’t communicate in time… much appreciated Was just disappointed that we couldn’t Oder from the restaurant (got back just before 8pm) and was not advised that the kitchen will be closed But the breakfast was great, staff very friendly and always happy to assist.
