We had a great time at Othello and his family's place. It was very peaceful during our 4-day stay, and they were very helpful in guiding us around Candolim. If I come back to Candolim again, this will be the place I'll stay at.

The stay at Sara's place was ok. Frankly the place is the worst one of all the Airbnb I have stayed till now. In Goa Sara's place was the 3rd one and the worst one. Improvements needed: - The apartment needs to be deep cleaned. Only the visible areas are clean. if you remove the curtains you can see all dust and cob webs. - The host is not at all accommodating. When we asked if we can check in early by 2 hours, we were asked to pay extra even though the place was ready 4-5 hours prior to the check in time. (as per the care taker) - We payed for 3 but the arrangement was made for 2. When we asked for 3rd mattress, we were given a thin 2inch foam which was not at all comfortable. When we complained we got one blanket. You expect some one to sleep on foam and blanket? - The place is shabby and not well lit. replacing bright bulbs will make it better during night time. - The place require a make over. Looks like a not so well maintained house. - And the kitchen is not well equipped as claimed. Microwave is missing. Mostly plastic kitchen ware, no ceramics. Pros - Close to beach (15 mins walk) - Close to good restaurants This review is to help Sara upgrade the place to Airbnb standard so that the regular Airbnb customers are not disappointed like us.

We stayed at Sara's place for more than a week. The place was really amazing especially it's location and space. Othello is taking care of the property in person. He is really helpful, kind, dedicated with the role, very quick in providing solutions to problems if any and a good host. My regards to Aunty for the sweet cake. I would like to share pros and cons of the property: Pros: 1) Location, this place makes your stay lively. 2) Apartment is quite spacious. 3) House is cleaned every 3rd day. 4) You can get almost everything nearby. 5) Fully functional kitchen. 7) In house parking area. 8) Big Storage space for keeping clothes and valuables. Cons: A little difficulty with WiFi range in master bedroom.

It still feels like our next home,the entire 9 days for my wife and myself was just awesome to stay. The place is at close proximity for all activities in North Goa. The house is well maintained and necessary cooking utensils were available. The care taker Othello and his mom were very sweet and helpful and quick to our needs, though you can still hear the songs from Mikey to relax,once you step inside the bedroom you get the calmness. There is a separate parking space for a vehicle which alone requires see skill to park but you will get used to it once or twice you park the car. I did WFH for 3, days during my stay and there was no lag in internet even for a second. The house is monitored with CCTV and is safe. Overall to summarize I would highly recommend this place to stay

Sara's house was a great stay for us. The bed is comfortable and bedroom has AC. The lighting was a little too dim for us, so Sara got it improved on day 1. Othello and Sara were very helpful with and always available for anything. The house is a stone's throw away from a lot of great eateries and very close to Candolim and sinquerium beach. It's a great stay!
