Located in a gated community in Candolim, this studio house features a well done up room with an artistic vibe. The studio consists of a full bedroom with an AC and attached bathroom with a shower unit and geyser. There is a community swimming pool which you can use and unwind in too! The balcony overlooks the pool adding to your holiday experience! My caretaker, Prasad is available on the premises from 9am to 5pm to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler parking is available within the gated premises and Four-Wheeler parking is available outside the gate, street level parking. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. An inverter which can power the house for upto 3 hours is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights and cleaning of the rooms is done once in 2 days.
