Very nice apartment in Buenos Aires ! Good location, Complete facilities, and Artistic interior space, most all a very nice owner! Strongly recommend!

The apartment is very good. The interior is full of design, the facilities are very complete, convenient and spacious. There is also a rooftop full of greenery for rest and nap. The host Alan is a very nice person and communicates very well in English. From all the things prepared in the room, it can be seen that he is a careful and tasteful person. Very happy to live in this lovely apartment during a special period. People who like cooking will find it very convenient.

Our stay at Alan's place was perfect. The appartement itself is well design and confortable. Not in a very touristic area, and the better for that, if you are willing to explore there are many great places to eat and drink. And interact with nice and easy to approach buenos aires people. Alan himself is very nice and easy to communicate. Always availaible if you have a problem or questions. Thank you Alan for our great stay.

Our stay at Alan’s house was a real pleasure. The house is at the back of the building, far away from the street noise and the hassle. The neighbours all speak English and are very lovely and always helpful. There are a bunch of shops in very close proximity and cafes and bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. We like having a good gym close by. And there is one of the best ones a few blocks away called American Sports. The house itself: Alan took care of everything! The upstairs bedroom has an ACTUAL king size bed ( this is not the case for most places here in BA!), it has a beautiful, newly renovated bathroom with a lovely bath tub and shower. The curtains shut out the light completely and the AC keeps it nice and cool in the hot summer nights. There is a TV upstairs with Netflix and some other stuff, I think, We used the provided HDMI cable to connect our laptop. The internet is actually very fast, which is also not a given in Argentina at all. As we work online, this is very important to us. Alan also provided some extension cords with international plugs so that you don’t need a converter. The bedroom has glass doors that open to the terrasse that feels like a little paradise. While it can be hectic and gray on the streets, the upstairs terrasse provides a heaven of calm and beauty with a bunch of colorful flowers, plants, small trees and cacti. It is perfect for a nightcap. Downstairs is the beautiful kitchen (it really has E V E R Y T H I N G you could want in a kitchen!), a long wooden table and a very stylish living room with a comfy couch, large chairs and a wine fridge. There also is a piano. We didn’t test it though. There is a second bedroom downstairs without windows but with a beautiful large double door, two brand new beds and lots and lots of pillows and blankets. There is an AC downstairs as well that keeps the living and dining area at the perfect temperature all day long. There is a very nice smaller bathroom with a shower as well. What else is important? Oh yeah! Water pressure is a real thing, and it is perfect throughout the house! While we stayed here, Alan was travelling but we had Mercedes here to take care of us. She is always sweet and helpful and happy to come around and help with any issue. I was such a joy to have met her. All in all, this was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. Thank you for letting us live in your home for a whole month, Alan. We can absolutely recommend this place. You will not find anything better.
