Los departamentos son preciosos y la ubicación en la laguna increíble. A pesar de que me pidieron mis datos en cuanto reservé, no me enviaron información de la llegada hasta el día de entrada, después de que yo la solicité desde el aeropuerto. Aunque llegamos exactamente a la hora que dijimos, tuvimos que esperar como 15 min a que nos abrieran. No hay estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad. El señor José, quien cuida la casa, fue muy amable, tuvimos un problema con el departamento y nos cambió a otro. Del anfitrión, no volví a saber nada desde que me preguntó si ya habíamos entrado. Para el precio, faltan algunos amenities básicos de cualquier Airbnb. Hay muy pocos utensilios de cocina y no en muy buenas condiciones. No hay señal de celular, si se va la luz prácticamente quedas incomunicado, solo para que lo tengan en cuenta.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but I want to emphasize that this AirBnB was beautiful. It was my parents' first time in Bacalar, and they truly enjoyed it (it's in Xul-Ha, just past Bacalar, which is fine by me, it's better for kayak, and you have direct access to the lake, less noisy than downtown Bacalar and closer to Los Rapidos). Very quiet and impressive, beautiful, spaces. We felt at home, without silly rules, but with all the safety necessary. We didn't want to go see downtown, that's how much we loved it there! And it's my 4th time to Bacalar this year.
