We stayed here for a girls trip and it was amazing . Martha was very responsive at my requests before , during and after the trip . There is was plenty of space for the four of us and of lounging spots - we all loved the hammocks and being able to just get in the water in the morning and kayak /SUP to the different cenotes and having some cocktails at night on dock . Martha recommended a couple of restaurantes and they were all good ! Taxis to town were a bit hard to get but Martha helped us and got to where we needed to go . Would recommend to tell the taxis to use the name of the hotel next door for the pick up point and drop off point. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and would stay again . Thank you so much Martha !!

There are lots of places to stay in Bacalar, but there's only one Martha! Ultra-quick with her answers even late at night, always precise and very informative, Martha is a great help in making the most of a stay in Bacalar. the house is really very good, both in its architecture and its location, only the low water pressure in the showers can be criticized, everything else is perfect. As for the beautiful Bacalar lagoon, it's becoming very touristy. It's still a wonderful place, but don't expect to swim in the pirate channel or los rapidos without the crowds.

súper recomendable la casa del árbol... instalaciónes limpias y órdenadas, muchas amenities incluidas que valen mucho la pena rentarla, y la zona de Bacalar para vacacionar,cerca del centro.. excelente opción

Martha’s place was lovely! The private yard & dock provide multiple areas to relax & enjoy the sunshine. The town is just a short drive or a 30 min walk away. Martha was a great host!
