We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property, the sailboat tour was nice and it was fun to see more of the lagoon. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Incredible sunsets looking over the lagoon! The only somewhat cumbersome part we had was getting back through security guard when we returned to the neighborhood. They did not seem to have our name on the list, there was a language barrier. Also is about 30 minutes from the town of Bacalar, it was nice to be remote and felt like we had the lagoon to ourselves but just something to be aware of.

Fui con mis amigas a celebrar mi cumpleaños a esta hermosa casa y nos encantó, quedamos con ganas de regresar pero ahora con nuestra familia, las personas estuvieron al pendiente de cambiar la ropa de cama, toallas, tapetes, nos apoyaban en levantar y lavar trastes del desayuno, comida y cena. Excelente servicio, el jacuzzi estaba frío y la fogata es de adorno, si lo encienden pero es para tomar la foto y listo, a parte de que en la noche te comen los moscos, pero todo lo demás es perfecto, el muelle, las habitaciones súper limpias y hermosas decoradas, los baños impecables de limpios. También pedimos comida y estaba deliciosa. Gracias por darle tanto amor y atención a esta hermosa casa, porque sus huéspedes se llenan de paz y tranquilidad.

Wonderful place, private dock is amazing and right outside the house. Staff were excellent, the house was impeccable and with everything you expect plus much more. We had amazing fun on the lagoon with the kayaks and paddleboards. Can’t wait to return.
