For what I paid for no I rented the location when it had a cook on site they changed it somewhere in February that its not included, was not disclosed till June. The rooms smelled like sewer I believe from the bathrooms not having the best traps in plumbing. We were supposed to get keys for their tiny security boxes but never received. I reserved a boat for a trip around the lagoon but the day that we were supposed to go they let us know it wasn’t available. Which I still haven’t received refund for which was charged at $350 not mxn as days in receipt emailed to me. The people that keep the house clean are great not their fault how things are run. Laundry unit rusty. But since we had no cook we bought our own food items, the fridge was not working. A few of us got sick from the cheese going bad or the meat. We had to store some items in freezer section since it was coldest but not at freeze temp.I had to remind them to bring out trampoline/slide which don’t recommend not worth it. Plus
