Estuvimos muy contentos, la casa muy amplia, limpia y en una zona hermosa, que da oportunidad de disfrutar la laguna Bacalar. Estuvimos como en casa, las atenciones del conserje Antonio y Esther fueron excelentes también. Muy lindo fin de año !! Gracias!

I stayed with my family (11 of us) for the holidays and we had a great time :) The place is stunning and so private and quiet which we loved! The architecture was beautiful, everything was clean, the amenities were in good shape and the couple onsite where the perfect mix of helpful but still giving us privacy :) It is not in bacalar itself, so if you want a place to walk around to shops etc this is not for you. We wanted to be outside of town so it was perfect for us and being on the doc and floating on the water with no boats passing by was perfect for us :) Bacalar is about a 30 min drive :) We had some catering a few night and that and the breakfasts which were included where all delicious :)

Awesome place!!! very friendly service from the staff. It is 30 min far from bacalar, so if you do not have private transportation, it could be complicated to get Bacalar tours and amenities. There's no restaurants near.

El lugar es realmente mágico y hermoso, no hay palabras que alcancen a describir lo bien ubicados qué están debido a que las vistas a la laguna son super bonitas y hay privacidad, en cuanto a la casa también es muy agradable, espacios lo suficientemente amplios para estar agusto un grupos grandes y la atención de las personas que apoyan en la casa no se diga, super amables, atentos, agradables y serviciales, simplemente nos encantó y lo recomendados,

Lugar muy agradable y bonito …. La vista nos encantó y el servicio de la gente que nos atendió fue muy buena y estuvieron siempre al pendiente de nosotros … muchas gracias
