Decent location as it’s in the vicinity of restaurants and etc. Like the other comments have said, the parking is narrow. If you have an suv and so on, it won’t fit the garage. However, parking wise worked out fine with our schedule. Usually 4-6pm cars are going in and out.

Brian and Sherry are super communicators and worked with me to help make our stay happen. First off, Columbia City is a fantastic location and the place is steps from everything. There are dozens of amazing restaurants, bars and shops to try. Everyone is so friendly and there is a great vibe. If you want to explore the rest of the city, it’s just a 10 minute drive the stadiums or 13 minutes to downtown Seattle. Whether you choose to drive, Uber, bike, or scooter, Columbia City is ideal for travelers. The house itself is lovely and well maintained. Make you know if you are bringing a large car/SUV, it won’t fit in the garage so street parking is your only option. There is two hour parking for most streets until 6pm. If you drive only one block north, parking is free and unlimited. My thanks to Brian and sherry for a wonderful stay.

Great location in short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the train station is not far. Easy check in and check out process with good communication and instruction. Was great to have a private bathroom with every bedroom. Would stay again!

Great location, close to restaurants, grocery and walking distance to train. Space was perfect.
