We waited about 20-30 minutes with luggage on the street until we were met with keys. I did communicate our train schedule several times. There is a very steep staircase to get your luggage to the apartment door. We had very large luggage and it was an issue. The apartment is located on the second floor and was nice. Two bedrooms. One with en-suite and large bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, but with really uncomfortable mattresses. The shower was very small and appeared to have no light. The toilet is separate and was fine. They appear to be an addition using a closet? We used the refrigerator for a few things. The kitchen would have everything you need to cook just no staples like coffee, sugar, etc. The strange thing was the rule to take the trash and deposit it several streets over. The cleaning crew was to arrive moments after we checked out. Just wondering why they don’t sort that out. There is a club on the street but with the windows closed, we didn’t hear it.

The more remarkable about this house is its location. Unfortunately, the beds are not of good quality, the bathrooms are extremely small , one shower doesn’t have light so we can’t use it. There was not coffee and insufficient soap (is not good have to go to shop that for only 2-3 days). Just in front there is a noisy discotheque . Edoardo is very kind and the communication is easy. There is a garage just a few meters

A huge positive about this apartment is its location. We appreciated that the apartment was within walking distance to most attractions, cafes, restaurants, tram stops and the train station. On the flip side, some improvements can be made within the apartment: 1. A change of mattresses for all beds is necessary. The mattresses sank in the middle and lacked support of any kind. I slept on the sofa bed which was really bad and had to sleep close to the edge of the mattress just so that I got some form of support for my back. It was not pleasant sleep as a result. 2. A couple of sturdy hooks in the front shower room would be great as there are none to hold our towels or clothes. 3. The provision of basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil would have been appreciated to aid in some simple cooking.
