Spent two weeks on fishing adventure. Great location. Great instructions on everything made everything easy. Beautiful house with view of la ventana. highly recommended

We love our stay in El Sargento at Geoffrey’s Airbnb. He has Alejandro help manage the property and he was incredibly attentive and wonderful. We didn’t do much cooking, but the house had a grill and two well equipped kitchens. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to numerous different restaurant options. The pool was very nice, as was the palapa and rooftop terrace. Would recommend this spot for two couples traveling together or perhaps a family with children who are a bit older and would like their own space.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tortuga! We were originally booked to stay at another property, but the day before we were scheduled to travel we were told that some key amenities would not be available during our stay. I quickly scrambled to find another property and we were so very lucky that Casa Tortuga was available for all but one of our dates! It was perfect for our family of four with older kids who were comfortable sleeping in the self-contained lower unit of the house. The house is well appointed and Alejandro met us upon our arrival to show us around the house. There are multiple outdoor patios providing comfortable places to relax and eat outside. The pool was awesome and we spent time swimming almost everyday after our days of learning to wing foil. We had the best time and hope we can stay at Casa Tortuga again on a future trip. This is our 5th trip to La Ventana and definitely our favourite!

It was perfect for us. If you went with 2 couples it would be great because each couple would have their own private space. The mattresses were good which is the main thing, but a nice improvement would need a king sized bed in the upstairs unit and it seems odd that such a large house would only have 2 beds and one pullout. Overall we thought it was great.

Stay was wonderful, close enough to everything but far enough away. We would definitely stay there again. Worked really well for a family of 4.
