Nichole & Dieter were very helpful & organized. They were also available & open to answer any questions & checked in to see how our trip was going. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. The casita is beautiful & has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had the pool to ourselves; beach access was an easy & short walk from the casita. We didn’t want to leave! We appreciate the hospitality & look forward to returning someday soon.

The place is great. Very nice and very well appointed. Only thing is, as of March 2024, the rest of the complex is very much still under construction.

Lots of positives, clean, good communication, great roof space, awesome sliding doors, well equipped, great location. This is our 18th Airbnb rental so we believe we have realistic expectations. Our biggest concern is that it was advertised as an exclusive gated community. I feel like we paid for an exclusive gated community. However while it might be someday, it is not now. The unmanned gate to a dirt parking lot is unlocked in the morning. We never felt unsafe but anybody can come and go as they please. (Including livestock )The community is still under construction, far from finished, and basically deserted. All views east have unfinished construction or construction materials in them. Overall comfortable but didn’t meet expectations.

Awesome place, very nice, very clean, great rooftop and views. Great kitchen, great patio sliding door wall that lets you open basically the entire living room. Very good taco place across the street (el palmar). Responsive and helpful hosts and reception, too. Only limitation to be aware of was that the internet is 8mbps download and 0.5mbps upload. we were both working remotely that week and if I hadn’t brought starlink roam we’d have been screwed (host had shared the recently installed showed in advance which is why I brought that, so it wasn’t a surprise). As long as you don’t need to work during your stay (or have another solution like I did), then I highly recommend.
