hosts were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We had a rainy first half of our stay were still able to enjoy the place as it is well played out and there is plenty to do inside. I would highly recommend both this place and the hosts!

This place is wonderful for a family get away. We were able to be comfortable inside with all the bedroom areas and bathrooms. There were games to keep our grandsons busy when not at the lake. The use of the Kayaks and paddle boards was probably the best part for our grandsons. We couldn't get them off the water! The boat house deck was such a delightful area with the TV with a sound bar that we used to play music while there. It was just so relaxing. Refrigerator space was plentiful for all the food and beverages for our hungry family. The only issue we had was a broken dishwasher and that could happen anywhere. When I contacted, Dan, he replied immediately. We couldn't fix it. But it gave our grandsons a chance to do dishes as a Mother's Day gift. The fire pit was nice at night providing heat and making smores. While not everyone could be there for the entire stay, we certainly enjoyed our time together at this Lake Anna "Sunshine Cove" Paradise.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The lake was beautiful and everything they said they had was available to us. The home was very clean. The only slight negative I have is the outside area had a few webs and the out furniture was a little dusty. I’m sure that area just hadn’t been getting much use from the weather because the cleaners had the interior spotless and the landscaping was done well. All in all we will be back and looking to book their even bigger house for a larger group!

As always our stay at Sunshine Cove was absolutely wonderful. We will continue to keep coming back :-).
