A beautiful traditional cottage with private south facing garden and only a 10 minute walk from the North Norfolk beaches. Sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (3rd child by prior arrangement in upstairs sitting room), with 2 wonderful bathrooms, sitting room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, utility room and private covered patio and it all looks out onto the garden and field beyond. An amazing space to enjoy for all the family with masses of activities and places to eat nearby. The Cottage has been decorated in a classic, contemporary style with comfort in mind. The beds are super comfy and although close to the road, there is peace and quiet inside the cottage and in the garden. Ground floor bedroom is super king, upstairs bedroom can be super king or twin. If there are further children the upstairs sitting room can be moved around to make 2 more single put up beds for young children. Ample parking. Covered patio area with outside lighting and beautiful open sky views and views across the pasture.

We were fortunate that Vicky allowed self catering over the new year rather than B & B so we could occupy both suites (6 days) which were of the highest standard. She lives next door but didn't bother us with all instructions being very clear, meaning that we had a restful break and felt most comfortable in the facility. Nearby walking opportunities were really good and we would certainly return if the opportunity arose John Yapp
This is a seriously high quality place. I can’t fault it - from the excellent, friendly and helpful communication from Vicky to the property itself which is spotless, stylish and super comfortable. It also has everything you could think of and more - I only have good things to say. We’ve stayed in lots of self catering places and this is up there as one of the best. We’d love to return.
Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. The buses are really close by and easy, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable weekend.
Vicky is a fantastic host and the cottage was absolutely wonderful. Really comfortable, great location and wonderful amenities throughout. They’ve thought of absolutely everything you’d need to have a most relaxing stay

Old Hunstanton is a lovely, traditional Norfolk village that has a small village shop selling essentials including newspapers, wine, milk etc.
The village has a play ground, village pond with ducks, church and Park Walk is accessible on Thursdays. The beach is a 5 -10 minute walk from our house.
We have a lovely selection of places to eat from The Neptune which is ** Rosette restaurant, The Lodge Pub offering a great selection for all dietary requirements, The Mariners with sea views, The Old Town Cafe on the beach and Caley Hall for a delicious meal and many other options a little further afield.
Local bus, is a 2 minute walk from the Cottage, that go to Wells and Hunstanton and Kings Lynn.
Beach 5-10 minute walk to famous North Norfolk beach
