Varghese and his family were wonderful hosts and I really enjoyed my time with them. Varghese went out of his way to help me arrange the trips I wanted to make. He's incredibly knowledgeable and I learnt a lot about India through our discussions. The food was outstanding - delicious, fresh and plentiful, every meal was a joy. Note that the wifi doesn't reach very well to the bedroom so if you need to work online, the dining table is the best location. The house is open plan and with the tiled floors and the sound really carries - ear plugs are a good idea for light sleepers. The views of the river are only from the end of the garden area, do not expect any views from the bedroom as the glass is textured /patterned.

The location is close to the airport and Varghese kindly took us there even if it was early in the morning. Varghese is a very nice host and hospitable person. The house is ok and we had the chance to stay above Varghese’s place. The place is very close to the river from where you can see both sunrise and sunset. When booking we didn’t have the option to choose how many rooms we needed, so when we arrived we were a bit disappointed because we wanted 2 rooms for 3 people but he had accommodate us in one room. After liaising with Airbnb we managed to get an extra room. The beds are quite hard but aircon is working nicely in one room. We chose that place also because there was the washing machine and dryer, however it was not cleaned and the dryer apparently doesn’t work properly, so we didn’t use it. The place offers everything advertised but before booking just make sure you double check how many rooms you need.

Stay at the place was awesome and the host was very friendly..We loved the hospitality by varghese and the ambience was great away from city traffic ..Authentic kerala food was home prepared and we loved it..Worth the money spent and the experience was amazing
