I recently stayed in the private room with a king size bed and private bathroom, and overall, my experience was pleasant. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering privacy and comfort. However, I must mention that there was an overwhelming smell of smoke, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Additionally, the absence of a fan made the room quite warm at times, especially during the hotter days. Despite these drawbacks, the host was accommodating and the amenities provided were sufficient. Overall, while the room had its shortcomings, it still served its purpose adequately for my stay.

An unfortunate disappointment. I booked the stay because it was at (what i thought) was a great price point. It stated it was fit for two people. Not knowing if i would have another join me until later, i booked it for one. I informed the owner that I would be arriving late with my bride, and she seemed to be understanding. From the moment we entered the home cigarette smoke bombarded us. It made it difficult for my wife to breathe. We quietly made our way back to our room, the smoke now pur guest. Our hope was to rest and figure out a plan after we had rested. The person in the other room had other plans. Whatever video game he was playing, his teammates weren't that great, as his explitives reflected his frustration. Immediately, my wife and I began looking for remedial lodging. We found a hotel that upon hearing our predicament allowed us to check in earlier than normal. We arose a couple hours later. It felt like we were high schoolers sneaking out of the house as we delicately walked down the hallway, subtly opened the door, and liberatingly walked outside and walked a block down to meet our Uber. I messaged the owner and informed her of our inability to stay due to the unforseen circumstances is hopes of gaining understanding. Had i known that her detail of smoker friendly meant i would walk into what I did, and that family friendly meant that someone would be staying up that late playing video games making it hard to sleep, I would not have booked this stay. She said that if she would've known that two people were staying instead of one that she would not have reserved it to me (despite her post that it accommodates two). I requested a partial refund twice. She declined both requests.

This is a beautiful home With an incredible backyard. I was in constant contact with Emily and Lee and she answered all of my questions yes no matter how silly they were.
