This house was gorgeous! Sits right on the lake and has beautiful views. My only recommendation would be to bring a 4 wheel drive car. We had some issues with the steep driveway with the rain and the leaves, but we rented a mini van. It's not an issue at all just a recommendation!

Great location in Ithaca! It was easy to communicate with Melissa. My trip was in Sept and therefore it was very warm at night and there were some creepy crawlers; I’d suggest bringing more fans. Also, there should have been 2 sleeper sofas however there was just 1 and 1 couch (that did not pull out). Would stay here again.

Melissa's lake house was beautiful and in the perfect location. A very short drive to downtown Ithica, but far enough out of the city to have a quiet and peaceful place to come back to. The house was very clean and everything was as described. Both the home and the dock gave the most incredible views of the lake, and I was priceless to be able to relax with such beautiful surroundings. Melissa was also very responsive and professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are so grateful to have stayed here!

Beautiful location on Lake Cayuga! Loved all the windows & sliders on the lake side. Great house for teen trip! I had 5 girls with me. Pool table/ Ping Pong Table was a bonus, and the two floors allowed the girls their own space & I could be on the main level. The house has a nice layout. Very peaceful on the lake & great for star gazing at night from the dock. Although the beds were very hard & the driveway is steep, I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed the lake access, the ample indoor space, and extra bath towels provided at this listing. We were disappointed about the sleeping arrangements given the price of the listing. However, after reading other reviews in advance about bed situation, we came prepared with air mattresses and ended up using them. Overall cleanliness was an issue.
