-Apartment: Atmosphere was pleasant. Clean & big apartment. Bed was so comfortable. Furniture was excellent & so comfortable too. Internet speed around 10Mbps. Comfort lever is so good. Hangers in closet. Linen are premium quality & clean. TV with lots of cable channels. Kitchen but some amenities, no microwave (owner will buy new microwave). Washer & dryer for the clothes in apartment. Bathroom space was big, clean & all amenities. Amenities excellent. No view from the apartment windows. No street sounds outside to hear. Building has excellent insulation that we don’t feel the cold weather. -Building: Security doors. 7/11 nearby. Location nice & BTS 10 minutes away. Neighborhood safe. Building condition excellent. -Host: Host Communication was good. Check-In & Out was flawless.

I booked for 18 nights because of the neighborhood where I enjoy a lot, especially 24-hour food street market in 2 minutes walking distances. However I was very disappointed with the place, on the 2nd floor of a building without any lights from the windows because it is in the back side of the floor surrounded by other buildings in very close distance. The bathroom floor is leaking and the TV reception is so bad to watch any channel. I stayed for 12 nights and asked for early check-out. The host did not want to refund the money for the remaining 6 days. I checked out anyway and moved to the other hotel. Big mistake when I booked this place.

The communication from the host was always fast. We arrived very late at night (almost 1am!) and he still met us at the apartment. Communication was excellent! Overall this stay was not what I was expecting so if what I found as a negative doesn't bother you than I would recommend this place. My husband and I like to make our own coffee and breakfast when we are on vacation that way we save time and money for exploring. There is a kitchen but there is NOTHING to use in it. I mean there were chopsticks and that's it; no pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, etc. The cleanliness was a bit lacking as well. There were a couple stray hairs on the sheet (only a fitted sheet; no flat sheet is on the bed) so we had to wash/dry them. The bed was really comfortable though. The location was great and we planned on using the bus+subway system for most of our travel but found taxi prices weren't bad and would get us to the location in half the time so ended up taking taxis mostly. It was about $35 USD to the airport in a taxi. There is a night market right down the road with a few street vendors but we didn't find anything we loved there. We did go to the expo park (5-10 min walk) to sit and have some drinks. Overall our stay wasn't bad but it just wasn't what I was expecting/wanting. In the end I wasn't excited to come back to the room after a long day of sightseeing.

Going far above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, including waiting late at night to welcome me, this host was a great an addition to a great - and huge - and centrally locates airbnb. Will look to stay again!

에어비엔비에서 특가로 5만원대로 후기가 없었지만 남자친구랑 도전하는 마음으로 선택하였습니다.처음엔 열쇠를 건물 관리인에게 받아서 들어가기로 했었는데 저희가 새벽비행기로 타이베이 시내에 새벽 2시넘어서 도착하여 관리인이 없어서 호스트가 새벽까지 기다려주었습니다. 새벽에 도착하여 많이 불안했지만 너무 감사했습니다. 그리고 집도 보안도 잘 되어있고 한국의 오피스텔 처럼 너무 깨끗했습니다. 지하철역도 2개나 가까운데 있고(걸어서 5-10분 거리) 편의점도 바로 밑에 있고 1분만 걸으면 작은 야시장도 있어서 좋았습니다 다만 아쉬운것은 배게에 먼지가 쫌 앉아있어서 수건을 깔고 잤습니다. 그리고 창문을 열면 바로 옆건물이라 뷰는 포기했습니다 시내라 어쩔 수 없었겠지요 아무튼 다음에도 또 이용할 마음 100%입니다!
