this house is perfectly located close to mayor cities, like cancun, airport, playa del carmen ,Ruta de los cenote, the community is excellent quite and secure, the security at the gate they are very helpful and friendly, Alan was very responsive to our questions . house is pretty clean and aesthetic, we loved to hangout at the balcony after a day of fun, the house has a few groceries probably left by previous vacationers, also has bottled water. I will definitely recomend this house and I will stay again when I come back .. and yes we watched the monkeys !😁😁 the pool is a few steps in the back yard and is beautiful.

Alan's place was perfect for our needs as a family of 6. He was extremely responsive to any concerns or questions. Quiet, safe neighborhood and the pool area was lovely and uncrowded. You do need a car at this location. We loved it!

This was our second time staying at this place. The house is clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we return to Puerto Morelos.

We had a wonderful stay at Alan's! The house is spacious, with beautiful comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and all the conveniences of home. The area where the house is located is quiet and secure - it's a 7 min drive from the Puerto Morelos beach, so a car is highly recommended. One can also walk across the nearby pedestrian overpass to safely cross the highway and take a colectivo to La Colonia Joaquin Zetina Gasca, where many local restaurants and stores are located. There are also many colectivos and taxis that can take one from La Colonia to the beach and back to the house. During warm nights, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony patio furniture directly outside the master bedroom. The pool is large, with great lounge chairs, many shaded and sunny areas and never crowded. Water pressure in the master bedroom shower is a bit weak when water is used in other areas of the house, but with a bit of coordination; it's not an issue. We will definitely return!!
