This is a two storey townhouse, situated within 3 minutes drive of La Trobe University, within 3-5 minutes walk of bus stops and 5 minutes walk to shops. It is 4-5 minutes drive of Northland, 2-3 minutes drive of a leisure centre with a swimming pool and of a Community Health centre. It is in a nice green street, with a park and a playground around the corner and behind the property. I live here, so it is not a hotel type, but a home. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is for guests. The other bedroom is mine and it stays locked. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet next to the guest room. The shower is very nice, with great water pressure. Downstairs is the lounge room, which is no access to guests, and next to it the kitchen/dining area, with a sliding door to the backyard, where one can enjoy a sunny breakfast . There is also a vanity room downstairs, with a toilet. This is where I keep all my make up and other toiletries, so please just use the toilet if you need to. The lounge room has a reverse cycle air conditioner which can warm upstairs. The place is well insulated, and well situated, with the morning sun in the kitchen/dining, whereas the afternoon sun illuminates the guest room . The guest room has a large ceiling fan.
