Hill House is a uniquely designed private basement annex with it's own entrance and courtyard offering excellent value contemporary, boutique-style accommodation within walking distance to Warwick University and only a 7 minute drive to Coventry city centre and Kenilworth. We pride ourselves on a providing peaceful and tranquil environment whether you are travelling for business or simply catching up with friends and relatives. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Included in the price is a complimentary continental breakfast. There are a number of pubs, bars and restaurants locally to suit all budgets and preferences. We are in a private conservation area nestled on the edge of the Warwickshire countryside and surrounding areas. Coventry train station is only 6 minute drive, from there you can travel to Birmingham city centre in less than 20 minutes. NEC Resorts World and Genting Arena are approximately 15 minutes away by rail. The accommodation offers free off-road parking , WiFi and work station making us an ideal choice for business travellers. On-the-go breakfast bags are available upon request. Netflix and all your favourite TV channels are available on the 42” flat screen HD TV. We are 0.9miles from Canley Crematorium and you will find our accommodation is a comfortable and private place to stay.
