Jennifer’s place is so cozy and beautifully decorated. She has put so much thought into everything! There were cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Such a nice touch. The house manual answered any questions u could possibly have and she checked in just enough! The bed was the best! And loved the full size coffee maker instead of a one cup. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a little store up the street with prepared foods and goodies which came in handy. Honestly a great place to stay if u dont want to be right downtown, but close enough to everything!

As soon as we stepped through the door, we were struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the home. The decor was tasteful, and every detail was carefully thought out, creating a cozy and comfortable ambiance. We found everything to be just as we had expected and more, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with plenty of activities to explore in the area. We were so impressed with our experience that we are already planning our next visit.

AMAZING SUITE! My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend away and this was exactly what we were looking for. The micro and refrigerator worked out great for breakfast and the suite was quiet, comfortable and so cozy! Jenn let us know she was available if needed, but not intrusive at all!. We have stayed at a couple of Inns in the area and this stay was so much better. I'm alittle sorry the secret is out! Thanks Jenn and Bill we hope to be back soon!

Jen and Bill's place was lovely! From the Frank Sinatra music when we arrived, delicious cookies to munch on to a lucious bottle of wine to enjoy as we kicked back and relaxed. We felt very pampered and welcomed. The home was meticulously clean, comfy, cozy and peaceful. It was a much needed respite from day to day demands. The ambiance of the home permeated every corner with every detail having been thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed every minute of our visit. Hope we have an opportunity to visit again. Thankyou for being such amazing, caring hosts!

No. 48 was the perfect getaway! Jennifer and Bill’s place was amazing! It was inviting from the minute we arrived. Jennifer was kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in. There were fresh cookies waiting for us, and since it’s the holidays their place had an extra touch of Christmas. You can tell they pay attention to detail. Very thoughtful card was left, as well as wine for us to enjoy. There were also great recommendations to local spots. Downtown Kennebunkport is less than 7 minutes away. Portland was a quick 35/40 minute drive. This place was cozy and comfortable. The bedroom with the plush pillows added to a great nights sleep after exploring. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you for everything Jennifer and Bill!
