Pretty spot! Cozy, comfortable studio. The private patio faces a canopy of trees with a meadow below so it's great for bird-watching and catching sight of wildlife. (Had a fox sighting!) Joanna is friendly and helpful and offers lots of tips and suggestions for your travels. I liked that the house is in a quiet neighborhood yet less than 4 miles from downtown Franklin. Lots to do in the area. I'd love to stay here again.

Joanna is always so welcoming and the extra touches she provides like snacks, water and coffee are so appreciated. Comfortable bed and a beautiful space.

Probably the biggest suite with attached bathroom of any of the gazillion locations I have stayed in! Spacious, clean and everything you could need for a stay. I was there 5 nights and loved it! It's a very nice and safe neighborhood and they were super responsive and helpful! The snacks and drinks were so appreciated after a long drive! Would absolutely stay again if in the area! Finding this hidden gem was the best part of our visit! Joanna explained the check in/out processes clearly, she was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfy. My husband and I highly recommend!
