perfect cottage for 2 families, lots of space, lots to do and good facilities, excellent cottage

Gem of a cabin. Kayaks and sup for the water. The beach is less rocky then many in the area. Layout is great for 2 families. Smooth communication with the hosts. Great location!! Book ahead for the National park sites (grotto, halfway log dump, etc.) A bit expensive but that’s the area. Cabin is very spacious (photos aren’t wide angle). Highly recommend!

This cottage has everything you would want in a cottage. It is large, it is comfortable, the beds do not have your typical cottage worn down mattresses. The mattresses are excellent and very comfortable. The long dock is great and we enjoyed sitting out on the water watching boaters and the exquisite sunsets. The cottage was immaculately clean when we got there so there is no question as to the '5 across the board' rating. The sunroom became a room to chat with the grandkids and the two bathrooms were very handy. What can you say that hasn't been said before. This cottage is very very nice. If there is one drawback , it is there is no sandy beach for little ones but if that isn't needed, it is perfect.

The location was amazing. They do have the best sunsets. The home was clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen if you plan to make your meal. The teen with us had fun on the paddle boards and the kayaks. They had bikes which we did not use but a great option to see the nieboughood. This was our first cottage vacation as we normally fly out of country, but this was a nice change. I would recommend Lynn and Vince's as a must stay if going to the Tolbamory area.

Lynn and Vince's cottage was exactly as advertised... a big, well-kept cottage with lots of amenities and enough room for two families. Lynn and Vince were very quick to respond and helpful both prior to and during our stage.
