Had a wonderful stay here! The bed was sooo comfortable, she had toiletries and snacks available. When we went out and about, we used Lime Scooters and the DC Circulator bus which we recommend. We tried our car first day and the traffic and long & crowded. The scooters (deal on app) and DC bus ($1 per ride) allowed us to go where we wanted without the stress. We would scooter to union station and then bus from there. —I do want to let others reading this know, the fridge was very small. Could not store leftovers that came in reg to-go box. We made it work, but be aware you cannot store freezer/much refrigerated food. Everything was great. She had great accommodations that suited our lifestyle. Just enough space for us since most of Our time was taken up with museums or sightseeing. —I’m only addressing this part cause other reviews mention it— we LOVED the piano playing at night. It was like a free concert and even chilled us out after a long day. 100% would stay again!

We were traveling on a budget so Corbin's place was perfect for us. Although not a new and shiny, it was definitely a cozy stay! We were out exploring DC for most of the day anyway so we really just needed a place to shower and sleep. Please read Corbin's description about the piano and hearing every step. The water heater is also in the basement and kicks on every once in a while. I am a light sleeper and it didn't bother me a bit since I used ear plugs while sleeping. Would definitely recommend if you need a simple stay like we did.

Corbin’s place is what AirBnB is supposed to be. Yes, it’s in a basement apartment (with natural light from ground-level windows) and you will hear what’s happening upstairs (a normal family home with normal family noises). People that complained have obviously never lived in an older house before. They have character. Corbin had snacks, a place to reheat food or make a simple meal, a bathroom with unlimited hot water and good water pressure and anything you could have possibly forgotten available like shampoo, hygiene products and other supplies. I would 100% stay with Corbin again when I return to DC.

This place was awesome tostay at. Its just a few steps to a metro bus station that takes you to wherever you need to go. It was a great place to come to after exploring all the sights. I would recommend this place to everyone. Its safe, you can barely hear anything upstairs and walking distance to food and gas stations.

Corbin and her home were great, the only issue I had was the door code didn’t work, she had that fixed so fast. It is as advertised 100%
