The place was decent, pero there's more room for improvement. Description of the place was not updated. It says both bedrooms are airconditioned but in reality, only one bedroom has AC Unit. The place also needs pest control. There were cockroaches and the rats ate some of our foods that led us to just throw the foods away.

Ate was super nice, she was very responsive and very understanding. Ill give her that. However, there were issues that did not please me, first week the internet, cable and power were all shutdown due to maintenance issue, I know it was not ate’s fault however as a guest it was convenient and it was lasted for almost 2 days. The place was so hot and if we open the window, house flies from outside and bad smell comes in. There was also bad smell at the lobby and there were mice killing each other under the sink even thou we didnt leave any leftover food, Other than that the place was nice and ate was nice and responsive too.

it’s a nice place to stay. the only thing is that a lot of cockroaches in the unit. it needs thorough fumigation. nevertheless, we had a great stay and the host is always responsive.
