We’ve rented from Scott before and already have secured our dates for 2025. Scott is an excellent host! Very accommodating and sensitive to his guest needs. His place is well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, towels everything needed to move in. Grocery stores are just a short ride in the golf cart to get your essentials. If you don’t want to cook restaurants are close as well as Town Squares! Countdown started for 2025.

Appreciated bikes and golf cart. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. Could use a few cooking basics like pepper, oil and more garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Bbq grill would be nice

We were not notified by the host that a car recently hit the master bedroom wall. The construction was started but incomplete, which made the residence unlivable. The inside wall was plywood, studs, exposed nails, no insulation or dry wall. The gaps at the bottom were open , stuffed with towels, which made it was cold and damp. Due to this , the house got cold, with temperatures getting down to the mid 50s at night. Scott’s values of honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and customer service skills were none existent. In our communication, he showed no concern and was clear he had no empathy for our situation…. which showed a clear lack of respect for us. The house was dirty, with urine and hair on the toilets. The carpet was stained and also dirty. These conditions were so bad we ended our 13 day vacation on day 4. Not to mention we had added cost to change our travel arrangements.

We are "repeats" and already have plans to stay there again in 2025. We believe this says a lot about the place!
