The place was okay. The parking is gated for safety. The big issue was the host put the wrong directions in the listing so we ended up initially going to the wrong place of the city which was quite unsafe.

Excellent host that was always responsive. Had a bit of difficulty with the instructions and obtaining the keys but all was well in the end. Keep in mind that the 6 digit password for the lockbox may be different than the last 6 of your phone number so just confirm with the host before arrival. Also the secret to unlocking the door is to push the door in and then turn the key left! Great AC that cools the entire space. Comfortable beds and bath towels. Great strong hot water and pressure. Also be aware there is a loud noise outside of the bedroom whenever water is turned on or the toilet flushed. Neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe for the first time traveler but it is not. Good safe parking on the street or inside the gate. There are chickens outside so just an FYI if you are a late and sensitive sleeper. Close to most things by car and there is a Soriana supermarket that is walkable. Overall a pleasant stay and the host’s quick responses to any questions was always gratifying!
