We had a lovely stay here as a home base for exploring York. There are some nice cafes nearby and it’s about a 15 minute walk into town. The house was clean and comfortable, perfect for our group of 6. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely stay for my 40th birthday with friends. The house was perfect for a fun getaway, mini break and was exactly as described. Angela showed excellent communication and responded to questions quickly. For those bringing a car, the closest car park was £80 for 48 hours- useful to know if you’re not banking on having to fork out that much to park. Kettle arrived on a Saturday morning on feedback from previous guests, which shows her dedication to providing a great service and experience. All in all, absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York that wants a homely house away from home, a clean and welcoming place and excellent host!
