We had a bad experience of renting this place out for our big travel group for a night. One of the rooms had a lot of mold and there was a distinct smell of it in many rooms. Another room had a stained mattress and all the other mattresses were covered in plastics. We did mention these to the host who refused to acknowledge any of these issues. moreover, there was a big family group of the caretaker who basically shared the space with us when we arrived. They were all sweet but probably didn't know the hosting guidelines. We were all very tired and needed rest when the children and women from the other family kept roaming around in the living room and the terrace making noise. one of the rooms had a glass wall shared with the other side of the house where people were partying till late. overall, it was not worth the price we all paid. not a great experience.
