Mark's professionally decorated, well appointed small, efficiency ground floor apartment was a joy to stay in. The attention to detail for every decision made for ones comfort was evident. I Enjoyed the quality apothecary products in the bathroom, as well as the spacious, contemporary designed bathroom itself. The bed had 100% cotton sheets with luxurious down comforter and pillow top mattress. The TV had all the offerings one could want for a relaxing stay to chill out and restore. As Mark notes in his listing, the apartment is under his house with kids and dogs, and you will hear footsteps during the normal hours of a family's rhythm....i always carry earplugs and so once i put them in, i was able to have a restful sleep. The area of Mark's house is up, up the hill in a very desirable historic neighborhood....i highly recommend.

Centrally located in Croton and beautifully appointed. Host (Mark) was incredibly responsive and helpful - checked in regularly to see if we needed anything.

Mark was a very proactive host! We appreciated the check-ins. The unexpected added amenities were a great touch (e.g. stocked fridge, snacks, coffee, etc.).
