Kate and Mike's place was just what we needed. It was easy to find, quiet area, clean, easy check-in/check out, hosts were very responsive, helpful, respectful. Although it is a basement apartment, they did great with the decor to make it feel bright and inviting. Some things to consider (I did NOT take away points from my rating, as the description made us aware that people live in the top part of the house and some reviews also made mention of it): It's preference, but the rollaway beds mattress was pretty firm. The shower is small, even for average size person. You will hear a lot of walking above you throughout the day and sometimes at night/early morning. Also, we believe we heard someone practicing the piano. It was loud. However, it started after noon and only lasted about 20 mins. We felt that was very considerate of them! For the type of trip we planned for this stay, it wasn't a deal breaker. We were gone a lot. If those things wouldn't bother you, I 100% recommend it.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Was very easy to find and the place was clean and organized. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. I also had the honor of meeting their dog outside, Wallace 💕 Definitely worth the value and would stay again!
