We had a pleasant stay here. The home is comfortable, clean, and has just about everything you would want in the kitchen for a short-term stay. It was very hot one of the days while we were there and the air conditioner works great. The house is showing some signs of age, so don't expect to feel like you're living in a luxurious house. Also, there is just one bathroom and it's small, so think carefully about booking this home if you've got a more than 3 or 4 people in your group. Overall, this was a much better value than what the hotels in Carlsbad are charging per night. Thank you, Tom and Laura.

Laura and Tom were extremely accommodating to me and my friends. Our flights got delayed coming into town, and they responded within minutes when we weren't able to unlock the front door at around 3 am. It was so nice and it felt so safe knowing they'd be there for us if we needed. We also needed to extend our checkout time and they were more than accommodating. Their clean up policy is super doable for the average group staying there and they have plenty of stuff there to make you/your group feel right at home! Each room had a smart TV, the living room was spacious and had big comfy couches to sit on, and the kitchen had every utensil you need! Overall we had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this place!

A very comfy place with huge, luxurious beds. Quiet, attractive neighborhood within easy driving distance of nice local outdoor spaces and restaurants. It was ideal as a basecamp when visiting the Caverns and I would definitely book again when returning to the area.

Great space, comfortable couches and beds! Extra pillows and blankets. It was nice being able to easily adjust heating & cooling. Washer & dryer is great! The kitchen was pretty well stocked for simple meals. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of hot water for three long showers. Overall good stay!
