Perfect. That was place we were looking for. Away from downtown buzz and away from main tourist area, but close to them if needed. Ferry terminals within 10-15 min walk. Isla Mujeres is a must. We went there twice. Rent a golf cart at Pepes and visit private beach clubs. Most available at no admission fee but order drinks or food (or both). Check Mar-Bella beach club, place is fantastic, what a view. Patrick's home was prefect for four of us. Lots of space, clean, large bedrooms, large bathrooms and huge leaving area. Kitchen fully equip. Back area with nice covered area for breakfast or evening drink. You'll will meet Poncho! guy that is as good as Wikipedia when it comes to "where, when and how " to get around and how to make you holiday stay easy. Beach across the street isn't big, but is perfect for easy beach day, with small bars and restaurants. For bigger beaches you need to travel to hotel zone. Soriana is the grocery supermarket, 10min by minivan bus. We loved it. Going back

This Villa was perfect for our family of 5. It was well equipped and comfortable in a quiet part of Cancun well away from the Hotel strip. What was particularly good was the proximity of the port for ferries to Isla Mujures - I’d highly recommend a day trip there or even an over nighter. The golf buggies are fun! And It’s a great place full of cosy streets, interesting shops and all kinds of restaurants. The boats also offer entertainment! We’d also recommend the local fish restaurant which is next to the Oxxo - hard to see it from the road. All in all a great place to stay.

We reserved this place from 5-28-22 through 6-6-22. Check in was very easy as the caretaker, Poncho was there the moment we drive up. The casa is beautiful with a traditional theme, but I wasn't ready for the "what ifs" with renting a house. All of the problems Poncho addressed immediately. Ex: the TV didn't work, hot water went off, the toilet clogged, little stuff like that. The biggest problem was with the electricity as a huge storm was coming through the area. It went off three times, Poncho did his best to get it fixed, but in the long run, because the electricity is run by the government and the casa is a bit out of town, we ended up staying in an alternate place provided by Poncho one night. After a couple of days of no air-conditioning and 100% humidity, we had to rent a hotel room. Monica and Patrick happily refunded for those days. All in all this place would be a 5 star if it only had a generator!

Es una casa muy amplia, con estilo mexicano y muy bien equipada. La terraza del jardín es ideal para desayunar o estar en la tarde, muy verde y cuidado. Las recámaras amplias. La cocina tiene todo para cocinar. Encontramos algunos básico en la casa como aceite, sal, azúcar y café, el agua para beber esta incluida. Se puede usar la lavadora y hay detergente. La playa está a 10min caminando, la limpian dos veces al díadel sargazo. Es una playa pública, con algunas sombrillas, baños y regaderas. A Cancun se hacen de 15 a 20 minutos en auto. Volveríamos con gusto de nuevo.
