Eric & Ping were the most gracious hosts! My wife and I frequent 5-star hotels, so you can imagine that we have very discerning tastes. There are some nice hotels to choose from in Coron, but when I saw Eric & Ping’s place listed on AirBnb, I knew right away, THAT was the place I wanted to stay in & use as my home base in Coron! And we were not disappointed! From the boat launch to and from Coron Town Proper (which was an enjoyable experience unto itself), to pulling up to a heavenly oasis in a private secluded area on Baquit Island that houses a 2-story architect’s delight! While we did spend one day with action packed adventures on a Coron Super Ultimate Tour (ask for tour guide CJ) of snorkeling, swimming and feasting, the downtime was best spent just relaxing on the deck of “Anya’s bed & breakfast” enjoying sunrises & sunsets and the peace & solitude it affords. Eric und seine Frau waren die liebenswertesten Hosts unserer Reise und haben die philippinische Gastfreundschaft ein weiteres Mal zu 100% bestätigt. Die Kommunikation mit Eric über den Airbnb-Messanger und auch vor Ort lief einwandfrei und herzlich. Er antwortete schnell, unterstützte uns bei der Buchung von 2 Touren (auch spontan für den nächsten Morgen) und war für alle Anfragen und Themen offen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Es ist ein idyllischer Ort nur 20 min Fahrt mit dem Boot von Eric entfernt von Coron Town. Morgens kann man sich ein leckeres Frühstück mit sensationellem, regionalem, frischen Obst zubereiten lassen. Der perfekte Platz, um dem Trubel von Coron Town zu entkommen, aber dennoch dorthin gut angebunden zu sein.

The accommodation was lovely, the only complaint I have is the rooms got really hot for us, but it was a wonderful stay overalls Boat rides to town, helped book our tours. Very helpful. Amazing breakfasts.

Eric and Ping were the most wonderful hosts - so welcoming and accommodating - Ping cooked us breakfast every morning with eggs, ham and fresh fruit. The location was exquisite and perfect for those wanting utter peace and serenity. You cannot swim in the sea around the house. It’s a 15-20 minute boat trip from Coron floating port. Basically the accommodation is 3 rooms in Eric and Pings house without a private seperate kitchen or living area. All 3 rooms were basic but incredibly clean with fresh towels and bed linen just a little hot. Eric booked boat trips for us and organised his boat to take us back into town in the evenings for dinner (for an extra charge). For those wanting to be away from the noise and chaos of Coron Town Proper this is for you.

We wanted a private place away from the crowd, "probinsya" with convenience for our 85-yr old parents and us siblings. Anya B&B delivered. It was gorgeous; our experience was memorable - from the speedboat rides with the seas/skies/mountains in awesome hues, cool breeze and textures.. to the big balcony which is the best spot to hang out while enjoying the views. Comfy beds. Solar-powered fans. Screen doors in each of the 3 rooms let in cool breeze. The hosts were so considerate of our privacy and needs esp of our senior parents. When it was difficult for their speedboat to reach their dock due to low tide, they found ways so that we could go out for our scheduled tours. They were so flexible with our pick-up times, hence we truly enjoyed & maximized our tours. Their boatmen even stopped at the mangroves so we could enjoy the fireflies for free. Chats were great too! Pinoy hospitality - even to us local tourists - is the best. Salamat Eric, Ping, Emmanuel, Noli, and Tiger & Leila!
