This was our second time staying at Max's place, and it was perfect once again. The place is very comfortable, extremely clean, and has everything you need. The grounds are very peaceful with beautiful views.

Max’s place was perfect for our weekend in Ithaca. There were 4 of us, and there was plenty of room to hang out together while still having our own space to sleep. It was very clean and conveniently located - about 10-15 min drive from the center of Ithaca. Would definitely stay there again!

This was my third stay at Max's place. Pre-arrival communication is good and the apartment has always been clean, resulting in a comfortable stay.

We are a family of four and had ample space in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. Appliances all worked perfectly and having laundry in the unit was a big help. Plenty of parking and centrally located. I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Ithaca!!
