Overall, a comfortable stay. The place was tidy but only mostly clean. The kitchen appliances were great. The neighbors were very friendly. The area is quite crowded and street parking was very difficult, at times having to park several blocks away. The host was very polite, friendly, and responsive. The lack of internet was as advertised but was rather inconvenient. It was good for a long-term temporary stay but perhaps not so good for a short term vacation.

Nice central location. No tv or WiFi so be prepared for that. Could use some thoughtful touches and comfort but at least you get your own space.

Don’t stay there unless you want to sleep in a room that isn’t even cleaned. There’s dirty hand prints everywhere. We were so excited for our trip , until we got here the host at first was nice and responded really quick. After we were messaging the host about our problems he STOPPED responding I repeat STOPPED responding. I don’t recommend it not even for a 1 night stay . He offers a Ac that doesn’t even work the AC blows hot air . The walls had dirty hand prints , even small blood spots on the wall . The host stuff literally takes up the whole space of the studio . He has bags and bags of clothes in his studio. Also the studio is very small.There’s no WiFI OR TV which really wasn’t really a problem. The bed was so hard you can feel all the springs. THE FLOOR ,TOLIET, TUB WALLS WERE NEVER CLEANED. There was also trash under the bed, in the trash can and leftover food in the refrigerator . I don’t know why he charges a cleaning fee if he doesn’t clean the place you are better off In a motel .

Nice cozy room to rent while here in L.A just make sure you get back in time to get a parking spot other than that it was a perfect stay :)

Let me preface this by stating we was excited to stay at Eric’s place until we got there. I would not stay here again, even if it was just for a quick one night trip. The windowsills were filthy, the floor didn’t feel mopped at all, the sheets were old and had that lint beading on them (plus a couple large holes in the sheets too). Get new sheets Eric for the sake of your guests! There is no WIFI, I repeat no WiFi. Bags and bags of his clothes are taking up half of the apartment space. And the worst sleep I’ve ever had; the bed is from the 70s and it’s made of only hard metal spring. I’ve had a kink in my neck for a few days now. Until he fixes this place up, do not stay here, you will thank me if you read this long review.
