Ralph's place has a lot of potential, but there were major problems in cleanliness. House floor was dirty, smelled like dogs, and had hair on the toilet seat and clumps of hair in the shower. Also, on one of the beds, the sheets were clearly dirty and stinky, and we had to wash them on our own before sleeping on them. The listing offers 2 bathrooms, but they blocked off access to one. They clearly live in that house and move out for a few days once someone books on Airbnb, I know this because they forgot to lock the door to the master bedroom, and it had dirty clothes on the floor and was unkept. I locked that door closed so my children wouldn't go in. I went there to hunt, and it is a good place to hunt. There are deer out there. I would recommend hunting when the owner isn't also hunting at the same time. Hot tub and grill were nice and a huge tv. Ralph is responsive to messages and overall friendly, but the cleanliness and property being lived in makes it a bad deal for the price.

you are def in the sticks. if don't like dog's would suggest staying elsewhere. bring food only dollar stores near by. people live here and just rent out, so their stuff is in house

The listing was as described. The home has a very comfy and cozy feel. The area is secluded and private; however, the dogs were a bit intrusive. We have a dog but I don’t necessarily “like” other dogs. The home was clean on the surface; but there’s lots of dog hair on the couches and in the corners of the rooms. I had to wipe a lot of surfaces because my son has an allergy to long haired dogs. Also, the home get pretty warm; I think there’s air but it doesn’t go low enough to cool off the home. All of the bedrooms had sheer curtains which kind of freaked us out because if we can see out; then people can see in. And although we’re on private land during the day time the host and some builders were present. Ralph is friendly and very responsive. So even though we had a few issues I would still recommend the place.
