It is really all about location, location, location. It's really in a great location that you can walk down to the beach, a few shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Two Sisters Bakery next door. Easy to find and had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and kind. In the end, we would stay again. Cons Needs some updating and replacement of some kitchen items. Could have been a bit cleaner.

We had an absolutely great time and highly recommend. Very convenient to everything in Homer. Very well equipped for anything needed during our stay.

Loved Connie’s place. So close to the beach, great views, and super cozy.

Place was as advertised, the owners were super helpful and did a fantastic job at ensuring we were ok throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is awesome especially at low tide. Only knock was there was construction going on at the neighbors place a little early as the were working on the septic system. But other then that the place provided everything we needed for our small family/ visitors and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in homer. Mahalo
