I stayed in Rodrigo's apartment for more than a month in January. Rodrigo was a very friendly and funny host. He immediately offered me a coffee in his apartment because I was there before check-in time. He was always helpful and answered very quickly if I had any questions. The roof terrace was the absolute highlight and we spent a lot of time outside. The kitchen is very small but contains the essentials. The location of the apartment is super central, and well connected to the subway. There are many good restaurants nearby. There is an elevator with a few steps to get up, which definitely makes life on the 5th floor easier. We had a very nice stay, thank you Rodrigo!

Carlos's studio is minimalist but has everything you need. Very good location and gorgeous terrace. I stayed for a few weeks and has only good things to say. The co-host, Rodrigo is very prompt to answer you or fix any issue. A+

Well located and presented studio. Good Wi-Fi, excellent water pressure and firm, comfortable bed. Magnificent south and west facing deck, with amazing views over the old town and beyond. Modern lift in building (although not entirely step free access). Despite central location on streets of shops and restaurants, flat itself was very quiet & peaceful. Check-in was well organised and straight forward. All good.. I recommend.

Carlos was a responsive and accommodating host. the location couldn't be better. Close to national and local rail for day trips, walkable to the beach and even closer to La Rambla, and a terrace alone that's worth the price of the stay. if this is your first or fifth time Barcelona...this is hard to beat.
